GF-DF Green Goddess Turkey Melts

A hearty and healthy turkey sandwich packed full of green goodness!

Yields: 1 serving


slice of gluten free bread (I used Schar.)


honey mustard

4-5 slices of nitrate free turkey

handful of steamed broccoli

1/2 avocado

*optional- If not following a dairy free diet, top with Swiss for the last couple minutes.


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Spray pan with non-stick spray.

3) Top bread with mayo and honey mustard until well coated.

4) Top with turkey & then steamed broccoli

5) Slice avocado thinly and place on top.

6) Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

7) Remove from over and let cool before serving.
